Printing poster on foldable fabric for easy carry is our passion. At PosterSmith, your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we always strive to exceed customer expectations! With this regard, we provide refunds on orders that fail your higest standard subject to the following conditions.

[Handling Fee]: Every order placed in PosterSmith is subject to a 20% handling fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund before it is deposited into your account.

[15-day Limit]: Refunds must be claimed within 15 days of your order placement. Under no circumstances will we accept a refund request after the 15 day limit.

[Shipping Fee]: If an order placed in PosterSmith incurs shipping charge, this shipping fee will be deducted from your refund before it is deposited into your account.
